Welcome to Animal Nutrition Academy. This page explains how content published or made available through this website may be read, cited, shared, requested for reuse or considered for syndication.

It covers website content, publications, articles, educational materials, downloadable documents, graphics, archives and indexes. Content accessed through external links remains subject to the permissions requirements of the original publisher and applicable rights holders.

Permission may be refused, limited or made subject to conditions. Any suspension or withdrawal of granted permission will be governed by the applicable permission terms or agreement.

7. Syndication and licensing

Animal Nutrition Academy welcomes inquiries concerning syndication, licensing, republication and structured third-party distribution of content for which it controls the relevant rights.

Potential arrangements may cover websites, newsletters, magazines, media outlets, industry portals, professional or educational platforms, databases, content feeds and subscription services.

No syndication or licensing rights are granted automatically by accessing, downloading, linking to, citing or referring to content.

An approved arrangement requires written authorization specifying the permitted use. Conditions may address:

  • Attribution and source identification.
  • Format and permitted editing.
  • Publication context.
  • Territory, language and audience.
  • Duration and publication timing.
  • Exclusivity.
  • Commercial terms.
  • Technical delivery.

Availability for syndication or licensing may depend on existing agreements, contributor rights and the rights of external publishers or other parties.

8. Artificial intelligence, text and data mining, and automated use

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Animal Nutrition Academy expressly reserves its rights concerning the use of protected website content for artificial intelligence, machine learning, text and data mining, automated analysis, dataset creation, model training, model fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, indexing for AI systems and similar automated or computational purposes.

Except where permitted by applicable law or separately authorized in writing, protected content may not be copied, scraped, harvested, extracted, downloaded in bulk, reproduced, stored, processed or made available for the development, training, fine-tuning, testing, validation, benchmarking, operation or improvement of artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, datasets, databases or automated tools.

Permission may be granted only in relation to rights that Animal Nutrition Academy owns or is authorized to license. Separate permission may be required from other rights holders.

This section does not restrict ordinary lawful reading, individual downloads expressly permitted by this page, or uses protected by mandatory exceptions or limitations under applicable law.

9. No endorsement

Permission to cite, quote, link to, reproduce or otherwise use content does not imply endorsement, recommendation, approval, sponsorship, certification, commercial promotion or professional advice.

No person or organization may use Animal Nutrition Academy’s name, publication identities, the editor, contributors, sponsors or collaborating organizations to imply endorsement without the appropriate written authorization.

An identified sponsorship or collaboration applies to the relevant project or arrangement and does not imply endorsement of unrelated products, services, organizations or activities.

10. Accuracy, context and integrity

Animal Nutrition Academy may request additional information before deciding whether permission can be granted.

13. Permission conditions
